What are your delivery services and charges?
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services are available and what price you are charged. You will only pay one delivery charge per order.  Principal Flavours does deliver outside the UK; however, this is limited to the USA and Europe.  Principal Flavours aims to expand their delivery service to other countries soon.

Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

When and how will my order be delivered?
Principal Flavours selects the most appropriate carrier for your goods to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. This means items in your order may arrive at different times.

Principal Flavours aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
UK Deliveries will be delivered between 3 - 5 working days of your order being place.  Please allow for a maximum of 2 extra days outside the UK.  If you choose the standard delivery service, your order may be divided into separate parcels which may be delivered at different times within the delivery lead time.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
Most deliveries need to be signed for. If you're out when your Principal Flavour products are delivered, the driver will try to find a neighbour or a safe and secure place to leave your parcel. If they are unable to do this, your parcel will be returned to the depot. They'll leave a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next.

When will I get my refund once I've returned a faulty or incorrect item?
Please allow Principal Flavours at least 2 weeks to process your refund once they’ve received your returned goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account.
